So, I have this wonderful friend named Ali, who by the way is a great blogger...well, she talked me into starting my own blog to keep in touch with my family in IL. I took her up on the idea, obviously, and decided to start this blog. The funny thing is that I'm explaining all of this and she'll be the only one reading this! :)
